Our weekend began early with a visit from my sisters, Krista and Becky, on Thursday. It was really fun to catch up with them and hang out. After having been sick with strep throat and pink eye for the previous several days, it was so nice to feel better again and enjoy time with family. Saturday morning dad and mom Bouman and Kim came to visit for the weekend. Some much-needed grandma, grandpa and auntie bonding occurred! Mark was on call Saturday and Sunday, so we didn't see much of him until Sunday night. Monday we took in the (very long) Elm Grove Memorial Day parade and enjoyed some great weather! Mom, Dad, and Kim took off after lunch, and now we're all just lazing around! Happy Memorial Day everyone!
